Airtel, Jio and Vi 2GB Major Daily Data Prepaid Plans Listed

Posted: 15 Jan 2022 10:16 PM PST

Airtel, Jio, Vi

Key telecom operators – Airtel, Jio and Vi – offer their subscribers a wide range of prepaid plans. Choosing one among them primarily depends on data benefit, validity, streaming service, call and SMS benefits. A careful scrutiny can help subscribers save money on prepaid plans. One such way is to choose the annual prepaid plans. Although they come with a four-digit price tag, a yearly plan eliminates the hassle to allocate a budget for recharge in the respective period, also provides more data benefits for lesser money. Here we look into the 2GB daily data prepaid plans of Airtel, Jio and Vi and the annual plans providing the same benefits.

Airtel 2GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan vs Annual Plan

Airtel is one operator that provides a wide gamut of 2GB daily data prepaid plans. There are lots of plans coming at various price denominations. Some of them are Rs 179 (28 days validity), Rs 359 (28 days validity), Rs 549 (56 days validity), Rs 838 (56 days validity), Rs 839 (84 days validity), Rs 1799 (365 days validity), Rs 2999 (365 days validity) and Rs 3359 (365 days validity). All these plans come with 100 SMS/day and unlimited calls benefits. The differentiating factors primarily come in streaming benefits and validity these plans offer. Most of them come with 30-day Amazon Prime video benefits and a few offer access to Airtel's Xstream mobile pack besides other Airtel Thanks App benefits. Airtel prepaid plans at Rs 838 and Rs 3359 are the ones that offer a one-year subscription to Disney + Hotstar.

Computing the daily data benefit, it is evident that the benefits increase when the plan price rises. The subscriber will pay less for per day data benefits. For instance, a subscriber who pays Rs 359 for twelve months will pay Rs 4308 over a period of 12 months. Instead, if the user chooses an annual plan of Rs 2999 directly, one will save Rs 1309. Even if the subscriber decides Rs 3359 annual plan, one can save around Rs 949. Additionally, a one-year mobile subscription to Disney+ Hotstar also comes with the plan.

Jio 2GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan vs Annual Plan

Jio 2GB daily data prepaid plans start from Rs 249. The highest Jio annual plan comes at Rs 3119. Various price points available for Jio 2GB daily data plans include Rs 249 (23 days validity), Rs 299 (28 days validity), Rs 499 (28 days validity), Rs 533 (56 days validity), Rs 719 (84 days validity), Rs 799 (56 days validity), Rs 1066 (84 days validity), Rs 2879 (365 days validity), Rs 3119 (365 days validity). All plans come with Jio's own suite of streaming applications, unlimited calls and 100 SMS/day. Four plans – at Rs 499, Rs 799, Rs 1066 and Rs 3119 – come with a free one-year mobile subscription to Disney+ Hotstar streaming benefit.

Vi 2GB Daily Data Prepaid Plans

Vi offers 2GB daily data prepaid plans at Rs 179 (28 days validity), Rs 359 (28 days validity), Rs 539 (56 days validity) and Rs 839 (84 days validity). There is no annual plan for Vi offering 2GB per day data. However, Vi prepaid plan at Rs 3099 offers 1.5GB/day. The other two annual plans come at Rs 1799 (24GB total data) and Rs 2899 (1.5GB/day data). Vi offers Vi's own streaming services Vi Movies and TV, with most of these plans, besides 100 SMS/day and free call benefits. Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription for one-year comes only with a Rs 3099 plan if considering 2GB/day or 1.5GB/day data offers.

Overall, the subscribers may have to compute the data benefit v/s its monthly pricing for all plans and compare it with annual prepaid plans to grab a glance at the annual savings one can make. This can help them make some considerable savings at the end of the year.

Apparently, a render of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22+ has surfaced online and some major specifications have been revealed as well. Let's take a detailed look at the information that has surfaced online.

Specification Details for Samsung Galaxy S22+

The report from 91mobiles features the latest renders of the soon-to-arrive Samsung Galaxy S22+ device which has been provided by tipster Ishan Agarwal. It can be seen that the handset will come with a centrally-aligned single punch-hole selfie camera and uniformly narrow bezels around the display. In addition to this, the power button and volume rocker can be seen on the right side of the smartphone.

On a closer look at renders, antenna linings are visible which hints towards the fact that the smartphone might come equipped with a metal chassis. It can also be seen that the device features a vertical camera module that comprises triple rear cameras and a LED flash to the right of the vertical module. Moreover, the logo of the company can also be seen on the back at the bottom of the handset.

It was also revealed by tipster Ishan Agarwal that the device will come featuring a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera and both Samsung Galaxy S22+ as well as the Galaxy S22 will feature Adaptive Pixel technology, which necessarily uses two modes to capture photos – 108MP (remosaic mode) and 12MP (nonabinning). Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy S22+ is being speculated to be backed by a 4,500mAh battery and will support 45W fast charging technology. CAD Designs of iPhone SE 3 Leaked Online, Launch Expected in April 2022

Posted: 15 Jan 2022 05:20 AM PST

iPhone SE 3

The latest leak of the upcoming iPhone SE 3 is a computer-aided design (CAD), which shows that the Apple iPhone SE 3 has a similar design to its predecessors. This could be the first time that a CAD design of the iPhone SE is getting leaked.

The new Apple iPhone SE 3 design shows a display with a notch for Face ID on the front. On the back, there is also a camera with a flash. Overall, it looks similar to iPhone SE 2020 and the iPhone XR with a 5.69-inch display. However, the CAD renders of the iPhone SE 3 show that the iPhone will not come in a boxy design like the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. The colour shown was white in design, and no further information is available about other colours.

Other design specifications identified from the renders are the power button and the sim tray. They are shown on the right side, while the volume rockers are kept on the left. The USB- Type C port and the speaker grille are placed at the bottom.

The CAD designs of the upcoming iPhone SE was first reported by TenTechReview, which has credited the tipster David Kowalski for the design leaks.

Apple iPhone SE 3 launch date

The tech world is expecting Apple to unveil Apple iPhone SE 3 in an upcoming virtual event anticipated to occur in March or April 2022. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman shared an estimation on his Power On newsletter two days before.

Apple iPhone SE 3 specifications

Apple iPhone SE series is on a more affordable line when compared to other Apple iPhones. Apple has not updated its mid-range iPhones since 2020, and hence, an anticipated launch of the phone is not entirely out of the question. iPhone SE 3 is widely expected to come with 5G capabilities and modern internals. It could sport the new A15 Bionic chip, compared to the A13 chipset. A15 Bionic chip is not new for iPhones as it is already featured in smartphones like the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Other older leaks hint at 128GB storage in the iPhone SE 3 instead of the 64GB variant found in the iPhone SE. It may come with a 12MP camera sensor an external X60M 5G baseband chip.

Apple has not provided confirmations about the iPhone SE 3 launch, so all leaks and information need to be taken with a grain of salt.

iPhone 14 All Models Expected to Arrive With 120Hz Refresh Rate, 6GB RAM

Posted: 15 Jan 2022 04:42 AM PST

iPhone 14 Series Specs

There have been multiple rumours already about the next flagship smartphone series from Apple. iPhone 14 series of smartphones from the company is expected to arrive in the latter half of 2022 and is expected to comprise of four models – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. It is to be noted that the 'mini' model is going to be discontinued by the manufacturer after iPhone 13 mini flopped in the market. Now a recent rumour from analyst Jeff Pu for Haitong International Securities, suggests that Apple is bringing in new display specs and storage options for the upcoming iPhone 14 devices.

Information Available on iPhone 14 Lineup

It is to be noted that the current iPhone 13 series has only two models – iPhone Pro and Pro Max that feature a 120Hz refresh rate. This is expected to change in the upcoming iPhone 14 series as all four models will come equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate on the display. In addition to this, it is also being speculated that all the four models in iPhone 14 lineup will have the same 6GB of RAM. As of now, in the iPhone 13 lineup, only Pro and Pro MAX models have 6GB of RAM.

With all the models coming with the same RAM specs, it will be interesting to see what the Cupertino-based tech giant does to differentiate the Pro models of the lineup from the non-Pro models. However, Jeff Pu has also stated that Pro models will begin with a 256GB storage variant whereas the non-Pro models will start with 64GB of onboard storage. Although it’s still quite early to affirm or deny any rumours that surface regarding the iPhone 14 series. Furthermore, it has also been reported that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will feature a 48MP camera.

Talking about the camera specification of the iPhone 14 lineup, early rumours have also suggested that Apple will be looking to enhance its camera technology for smartphones and the 48MP cameras will be able to capture videos in 8K quality. It is also expected that handsets in iPhone 14 lineup should be able to capture images via both 48MP camera and 12MP camera through pixel binning. Pixel binning is a technology that is already in use in a lot of premium smartphones available worldwide.
